1. Same-day bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled within 30 minutes of booking confirmation.
2. Future bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
3. Requests made outside these timelines and no-shows will be subject to full court charges.
4. Any damage to the court or its property will be borne by the client.
